I’ve been advised to take “kelp tablets”, can I take Seagreens® instead?Preferably. Seagreens® Iodine+ Capsules are the only pure seaweed source of iodine with nothing extracted, nothing added. Plus they have an outstanding proportionate balance of all the micronutrients required for iodine metabolism.Kelp is often used as a generic term for all seaweeds, but is actually a prolific deep water species called Laminaria, farmed in vast quantities for its extracts in many industrial applications.
The 'overspill' is commonly made into cheap tablets and capsules because it contains a disproportionate amount of iodine. But it is not certified biodynamic/organic, tablets always contain fillers, binders and other additives, and capsules normally contain additional flowing agents.

Some remarkable results have been achieved with autistic children (see testimonials). From what age can you start to take Seagreens®?The earlier you start the more benefit you will receive. Children (Under 10)1 capsule in the morning with foodInfants (from 6 months to 4 years)The contents of half of one capsule stirred into food per dayGenerally experience shows that prolonged daily use rather than higher daily intake is the key to efficacy. It also indicates that the relationship and balance between the nutrients in Seagreens®, and their entirely natural quality, may explain their efficacy rather than the actual amount of each that is present. In all cases, experience shows that although debility may be addressed within weeks, genuine change and improvement accrues from long term use, and usually becomes very apparent to the subject from between 6 and 12 months when underlying causes rather than symptoms begin to be addressed and optimum health can be reached. Can I use Seagreens® as part of a detox plan?Seagreens® can help as part of a detox plan but should not be substituted for meals. Seaweed assists with removing toxins from your body that have been absorbed over time through your food and the environment. It binds harmful chemicals such as heavy metals and pollutants so that they can’t be reabsorbed and escorts them out of the body. Can Seagreens® help with weight-loss?Seaweed has a long history of aiding weight loss and being used in herbal combinations and diet foods. This is due to the mucilage, fibre and bulk in seaweed which stimulates proper intestinal function whilst promoting a feeling of satiety and preventing overeating.
